Crack the case
It’s saturated in dried sticky brown goo.
Then the client drops by 15 minutes into the check and to drop off the case and power supply.

Tech - What happened to this thing.

Client - I don’t know the laptop keeps turning off and on…

Tech - Well its power cycling
